Great news: New pathway to migrate to Germany
Germany announced what I see as one of the most critical immigration news in recent years concerning being more open.
The Skilled Immigration Act, is a new law which expands the possibilities for qualified professionals to come to work in Germany. The new regulations will enters into force on 1 March 2020. In future, it will be easier for skilled workers with vocational, non-academic training from non-EU countries to migrate to Germany in order to work.

The most significant change, you ask? Qualified professionals from anywhere in the world and from any industry, can apply for a job in Germany.
And they don't need to be sponsored. All the company is required to do is to give you a job offer the same way it would for a local.
With the offer in hands, you can apply to the work visa on your nearest German embassy, and it should be processed within 2 to 8 weeks.
Who is defined as "qualified professionals"?
A person with a tertiary education degree or a vocational training qualification following a training course lasting at least two years. Irrespective of whether you have a university degree or a vocational qualification, you will first be required to have your foreign qualification officially recognised by the relevant authority in Germany.
How to find a job in Germany?
