Temporary visa to search for work in Germany
A few weeks ago I shared the great news that Germany is now open for anyone, from any occupation, if you can get a job offer from a company in the country.
Basically, you don't need visa sponsorship or anything like that. You can apply to any job opening directly and compete with local professionals. Nice, right?
Today I would like to share two ways in which you can quickly get a visa to move to Germany specifically to search for a job.
For both options, you won't be allowed to work, since the objective is specifically to let you focus on job hunting. However, trial employment for up to 10 hours per week is permitted.
Once you have a job offer, then you will need to apply for a resident permit.
Cheers,
